A popular look with many clients, this style is perfect to show those who ask for a glamorous, ‘done’ brow that this can still be achieved, but with a more natural, wearable finish.

Here’s a full breakdown of how Nilam created the finish:

To start, make sure you have the perfect base – applying as much powder as you need to cover the redness from the hair removal part of the treatment.

1. Brush brows into place using your HD Brows Tool and Comb Attachment.

2. Stretch the skin into place then etch a fine line using your Browtec. Start just past the bulb, up to the arch then gently edging the bottom line to the tail.

3. Fake fullness by etching the top line, looking at all the hairs you can use, remembering that this should be more of an edge than a line.

TOP TIP: Be light – this should be almost invisible.

4. Add upward stokes in the bulb, keeping gaps for texture. The trick is to imagine a line at the bottom and do some upward strokes from this line.

TOP TIP: You’re not recreating the wax shape here, you’re adding to it.

5. Blend into the brow with upwards or downwards stokes with really light pressure through the body, top and tail. Remember, even though this brow is defined, there shouldn’t be any blocky edges.

6. Step back to review, adding colour where needed and using the Fine Angled Brow Brush to smudge anything too harsh.

7. Brush the brow hair up and over, covering any sparser areas.
